Bill represents business and management clients in a broad range of employment and commercial matters. He concentrates on the defense of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, and wage & hour claims (including collective and class actions). He provides training on a variety of employment law topics, investigates workplace issues and complaints, and ensures compliance with state and federal requirements. He also regularly represents business and management clients in matters involving trade secrets, employee disloyalty and theft, shareholder oppression claims, independent contractor issues, partnership disputes, fraud and defamation claims, privacy issues, and non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements. He has been successful in all phases of civil practice and was designated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney (a distinction limited to less than 2% of the lawyers in New Jersey). Before practicing law, Bill was a risk manager for a Fortune 100 manufacturing company in New Jersey and a financial analyst for a major New York bank. Bill is currently an Instructor in the Paralegal Studies Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
