Jillian T. Stein
Joins Firm as Of Counsel

Jillian, a versatile employment lawyer and civil litigator admitted to the bar in New Jersey and New York, has joined the firm as Of Counsel.  Jillian concentrates on the defense of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, defamation, and wrongful discharge claims and investigates workplace issues and complaints.  In addition, she has experience representing clients at various phases of federal and state litigation, as well as internal investigations, government investigations, and corporate compliance, relating to issues arising under, for example, the federal anti-kickback statute, the False Claims Act, the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, and the Sherman Act.  Jillian graduated from the University of Michigan and received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude, where she was the Senior Articles Editor of Law Review.  Before law school, Jillian was a corporate paralegal in New York.  Afterwards, she was an appellate law clerk to the Honorable Marie P. Simonelli, J.A.D., and an Associate at Gibbons, PC.
