About Paul

Paul focuses his work on employment and labor related issues, defending employers located in New Jersey and New York against claims involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and hostile work environment. Prior to joining Kluger Healey, Paul served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Gregg A. Padovano, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Bergen County, where he worked on various cases involving all aspects of civil litigation, arising under federal and state law. During his clerkship, Paul received training and approval by the New Jersey Judiciary Administrative Office of the Courts to mediate and successfully mediated dozens of Special Civil Part cases. Paul received his B.A. from Montclair State University and his J.D. from New York Law School where he was a member of the Moot Court Association. During his studies, Paul co-authored two appellate briefs for moot court, both of which were recipients of “best brief” awards. During law school, Paul also worked as a litigation paralegal for a national law firm in Newark.
