Amy’s main practice area is employment litigation and counseling. She defends employers in claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge and other workplace complaints. Amy’s practice includes litigating before federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies. In addition to litigation, she has considerable experience conducting workplace investigations, drafting employment policies and providing counseling to management and human resource administrators on varied aspects of employment-related issues. Amy has also worked in-house as litigation counsel for a large telecommunications corporation and represented private and public sector employers in union organizing drives, collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges. Amy graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University and received her law degree from The Georgetown University Law Center.
